My friend said to me, “You’re lucky your daughter comes to you for advice. Of course, my daughter already knows everything, so I guess I’m lucky, too.”

    My daughter solicits advice constantly, but challenges everything I suggest. I asked her why she even bothers to ask. She say, “Because you’re mom, and I want to hear your opinion, doesn’t mean I have to agree.”
