What is the perfect pizza?
I’m still mildly obsessed with the spinach and goat cheese pizzas. Have y’all still not tried this?
What is your favorite time of day?
I like the quiet darkness of the pre-dawn hours. And then I like to go back to bed.

I dunno about favorites. I am pleased with these two because they’re pretty.

I’ve had some lovely ‘coincidences’ and quite a bit of serendipity and synchronicity this last week, which always makes me feel good. My husband is marvelous and my friends are grand. Modern medicine is amazing. I still like our new-ish insurance. I’m diggin on my new sparkly red nail polish.
The week coming up I’m just hoping it’ll be a well-balanced week, and I’m wishing the same for all of you.

I’m ashamed to say that I had the best pizza of my life on Saturday, and it came from Little Caesar’s. It was the best because it was the first pizza I’ve had in 6 weeks. That gooey cheese made my toes smile. Of course I felt terrible later….

I am very old fashioned when it comes to pizza. I prefer thin crust and red sauce. I also prefer the old timey toppings. I love goat cheese and spinach, as a salad. Of course a Calzone stuffed with goat cheese and some charred spinach rocks. I like your pictures very much. The cats are simply too adorable. That top pic; was that taken on Washington Blvd? I didn’t pull up any of my favorite pics because it would take me 2 days to decide my “faves”,and that would be too much like work.

I love goat cheese and spinach, so it sounds like a winner to me. And the photos are gorgeous. Guess which one is my favorite haha? One is liminal and one is cats. I guess both. Interesting how they both have hints of blue and green.

I’m with Norm on the perfect pizza thing. I just can’t. I would like to get up sometimes, experience the early morning and then go back to bed, but I don’t.

I just can’t on the goat cheese thing. Whether alone or on pizza. My favorite is super thin crust, plain cheese, especially NY style, from NYC or the Boardwalk on the Jersey shore. The kind you have to fold in half to eat. No other comes close. ☺☺☺

I must say, I’m not crazy about pizza, but I do tend to prefer the thin crust over the deep dish. I like some crunch. But then, I love Sbarro now and again, and that’s all smoosh and cheese. While I like giant triangle pizza, I also really like the square-cut pizza of local mom n’ pops. But I crave that goat cheese pizza like whoa. I luuurrrve it. But maybe I like pizza more than I think, because I don’t have to ‘cook’ it!
