Jot!

jjj-2018

This is NOT a Nice Lady Blog.

This post was inspired by possible commentary at Dorky Mom Doodles. I decided it wasn’t suitable comment fodder there, but y’all can handle it here. I mean, you’ve been warned and errrything.

At our last house, our laundry room was a place of passion.

There were many reasons for this venue à la impromptu rendezvous, including, but not limited to:

Kids hate laundry rooms.
Childproof doorknob on one side, locking garage door on the other.
Close to the kitchen, where I am apparently at my most desirable.
Laundry appliances are loud and they bang. A lot.

Happy Friday Everyone!

Laughing out loud here about your description of your laundry room tryst. You nailed it… so to speak.

  2. Too funny! Our laundry appliances have always been in the very, very cold, spider-infested basement. No romance there.

The Kitchen!! I knew there was something about me in the kitchen that lured my husband. And my laundry room is right off the kitchen……thank you, Joey!

  6. Ha ha. I only used ours to place my daughter in her car seat so she would go to sleep on the washing machine. It worked well.

Too funny, Joey! My washer and dryer are right in the kitchen but there are no doors or walls to surround it. Bathroom counters have been our spots…mirrors you know?

Hahahahaha! I have always used my laundry room for my candy stash or hiding presents. Nobody goes in there except me.

We recently had to buy a new washing machine and my number one requirement was quietness. My “laundry room” is practically in the kitchen.

I thought I was the only one who knew this secret hideout! I love the smell of lemon-scented Tide. It really gets me going.

Too funny!! My laundry room is in the hall and just has bi-fold doors, so no bueno! :p

Funny stuff and totally logical too. Our laundry room has way too much ceramic tile to ever be appealing for “afternoon delight”.
The kitchen seems to make us both frisky though. Baking while wearing my tuxedo apron; well not to brag, but… 😀
