One-Liner Wednesday — STEM Prep

Moo made her daddy a sammich last week. She did it with love and care. She told him, “I even deleted the seeds from your tomatoes.”

  9. Modern language or Mottern language? Either way, it’s just as clever.

What a sweet and hilarious comment, not to mention the actual action. Does he really “require” seed deletion? All manner of wordplay is popping into my head over the idea of not wanting to eat seeds, but I am deleting as fast as I can.

  13. That’s adorable! Wouldn’t surprise me if the family started asking if the seeds were deleted on any or most things that have seeds. 😀

  16. Now, there’s a daughter who loves her dad. 🙂 I have a friend who makes berry jam, but her husband doesn’t like the seeds so she strains them all out for him. 🙂 It’s good to have people around that love you.

  17. I love the words that kids create. The ones that make complete sense like “deleted the seeds”. My kids always called rewind “back-forwarding”, which it is.. lol

Your kiddos always crack me up and I love hearing about their latest escapades. On a side note… I need the seed gunk because I particularly enjoy soggy sandwiches from time to time. I know it sounds so gross, but, hey… Everyone has their foibles, right? Lol

This was such a cute way of expressing herself and helpful for her Dad’s sammie, too.
