“I’m awake. I can tell because I just yawned and squeaked. In a minute, I’ll stretch and pop.”

Ha! When you stretch but nothing pops, you’re in trouble.

Thanks for the warning.
Oh, you’ll be fine as long as you don’t stop stretching. It’s when you don’t do it that things get locked into place that shouldn’t. I’m preaching to the choir on that one though, I’m sure.

Oh you are! For instance, over the weekend, I didn’t stretch, cause I was a houseguest. (I also didn’t cook or clean, hehe!) Anyway, so I paid for that, when last night, I PULLED A MUSCLE WHILE PULLIN THE COVERS UP! Gah. So yeah, always, always stretch! 😛
LOL! That certainly was a short stretch 😉
You are your own Morning Song.
I really am. I was a bit more plucky when I was young. Now I’m more of an accordion. One day, I spose I’ll be a pipe organ. lol
You’ve got a natural, built in alarm clock!
I wish I were more of a morning person, but I’m such a night owl.
Me, too. But that’s when we get stuff done.
I hate those sounds, but sometimes, the pops feel good 🙂
The pops feel great! 🙂
You know you’re getting old when nothing hurts when you wake up and you start to panic.
You’re quite musical. 😊
Definitely know the stretch and pop. Hahaha. I wonder if I ever thought my body would creek in such ways.
I yawn and stretch when I wake, but it’s usually the cats who are squeaking…for their food.
I call those Rice Krispie mornings – snap, crackle, pop 🙂

I thought you’d written “I’ll stretch and poop.” I guess my eyes aren’t awake.
It’ll be worth it when the caffeine kicks in…
I …. Don’t need that coffee. I am one of those! *hides in mortification*
Sounds like a great way to start the day. 🙂
It works for me 😀
