“If it ain’t pretty, I can’t put it in my mouth,” teased The Mister.

That wasn’t very nice. I am sure it tasted fine.

He was teasing, I changed it to tease. It was good cake. Once I put the rest of the icing on it, it looked good, too. 😉
It has icing, therefore I would put it in my mouth 😉
Hey. I’d eat it.
She asked if we’d eat it even though it didn’t look pretty. What I said was stated sarcastically. Of course I had a piece!
I guess that didn’t ring through, so I changed “said” to “teased.”
I have to ask what happened to the cake. I’ll eat it as long as a dog or cat wasn’t responsible for the mess. 😉
No pets were involved 🙂 She had never iced a cake before. It turns out it’s not as easy as it looks. It was a tasty cake regardless.
Cake and icing go down to the same place regardless of what it looks like. It’s the tastebuds that count.
I will gladly have his piece. Icing is the hard part, and the part that lets you cover the flaws. More icing is always the answer.

I bet it tasted good though 🙂
It did 🙂
That’s so wrong! The messier it is, the better it tastes!! That’s the rule!!!!!
Hey, I think that looks really good.
It was 🙂
Who cares what it looks like? Give me a big hunk of cake and I’m happy
Right? Me too! 🙂
Yummy looking cake! Cake is good, any which way. 🙂
I agree 🙂
My first cake looked far worse! Good job! I’d eat it.
I think mine did too, Jan! 🙂
Just for that, I’d make him eat the whole thing.
Well, The Mister might have just gotten away with, “having his cake and eating it too”! 🙂
My grandpa would have said three things: “Messy but nourishing.” “That don’t hurt the eatin’ of it.” “Let me have some.”
Tell Sassy she done good.
Will do. She was mighty proud. Practice makes perfect 🙂
Looks delicious to me. Go Sassy!
Haha! More for you.
