#ThursdayDoors — It Is What It Is

When I don’t have time to pursue great doorness, I just keep an eye out for doors.

And I jot.

#ThursdayDoors is part of an inspired post series run by Norm Frampton. To see other doors of interest, or to share your own, click the link and find the frog.

    Details, Joey! I want details!

  3. Benson says:

Cute door, nice green. I hope the paint the kids used was water based.

  4. Um, it’s a green door behind the day care. I am so upset because it looks like it is on fire. Take the babies to safety.

    Apparently they are everywhere!

That looks like a door with a story to tell.

One door up, one door down, with so many blue (hand) prints all around.
And that is grass — green grass. You went to Australia for this? πŸ™‚
It is, by all means, what it is: a two door deal.

If it was in an alley behind a day care, it implies this lovely white and green door is being discarded πŸ˜• I hope it will be repurposed somewhere!
The day care also explains the handprints on the wall. Love the whimsical look πŸ™‚

  10. Perhaps it’s been turned into a piece of art…or will be. Either way, I like the colors and the fun of finding/seeing it.

  11. Take it with you. Prop it up in the park when you need a door. Think of it like a spare tire.

Little hand prints always look a bit Blair Witchy to me. Nice door, though!

Nice find! When you keep our eyes open good things can happen…or at least we don’t go bumping into things πŸ˜€

I like how finding a random discarded door makes us all β€œyay, a door!” I like the springlike colors here.

I like how neatly the door is painted. Unlike its sad industrial counterpart and the streaky handprints on the wall. It adds to the composition ;). I bet the kids had a blast making the wall decor though!
